Refund policy

We’ve kept it simple.
You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.

RETURN / EXCHANGE FEE

A ₹150 service fee applies to all return and exchange requests.

PROCESS

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Our delivery partner will attempt pickup within 24–48 hours (maximum two attempts).
If pickup isn’t completed, you’ll be required to ship the order back to us.

Reverse pickup is subject to your area’s service availability.

QUALITY CHECK

Once we receive your order, it goes through a quality check.
After approval, your exchange or return will be processed.

EXCHANGE TIMELINE

Exchange deliveries typically take 7–10 working days once your request is approved.

SIZE & AVAILABILITY

If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative product or a credit note of equal value for future purchases.

REFUNDS

Approved return orders are refunded via credit note after quality verification.
You’ll receive the credit note details via email.

We reserve the right to decline exchanges or returns if:

  • The item shows signs of wear or use.
  • Tags or packaging are missing.
  • The product is damaged.

You’ll be notified once your request is processed.

CREDIT NOTE VALIDITY

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Unused balances will automatically expire after this period.

CANCELLATIONS

All confirmed orders are final and cannot be canceled once placed.
Please review your order carefully before checkout.

For prepaid COD orders, if the package is declined, the prepaid amount will not be refundable.
